Junior & Senior Clubs County Entry Forms 2018-2019

Somerset Hockey Association is once again running a County Competition.  This competition will be run in accordance with England Hockey Rules and Somerset Hockey Association’s decision is final.

Rules for this tournament:

Each game is 15 minutes each way with 3 minutes at half time
Each player to wear the same number throughout the tournament.
No more than 16 players can be used in the team squad.
Teams must be ready to play at the times published or forfeit all their points.
A suitable adult is to be responsible for their teams first aid needs.
Scoring:  Win = 3 points          Draw = 1 point
In the case of teams with equal points goal difference, followed by goals scored, winner of the match between the tied teams and then a penalty stroke competition (5 for each team and if still tied then sudden death penalty strokes) to decide the winner of the tournament.
An Umpire to be provided by each team (to umpire their own teams games). This cannot be someone playing in the tournament.
